How do I know which class I need to take?
Towing Operator licensees must complete continuing education yearly in courses approved by the department. Your first year renewing , you will take our 8hr course. In this course, you will have 6 hours of classroom training and 2 hours of hands-on training. After your first renewal, you will take the 4hr course annually. The 4hr course will include one hour in roadway safety, one hour in Texas law and rules that regulate the conduct of towing operators; and two hours in industry related topics.
How will i receive my certificate of completion?
You will receive your certificate via email.
What forms of payment for class are accepted?
You may pay with cash, money order, or a company check. If you pay prior to class, you can make a payment with Paypal. Please make checks and money orders payable to SW Towing CE.
What do I need to bring with me to class?
Please bring your ID, TDLR license, and payment.
